今天早上打车手机落在车上了，后面联系客服，他没联系上师傅给我一个手机号，让我自己联系，我也没联系上，后面再联系他们就一直不处理，重复一模一样的话术，不管我怎么哭着哀求他们给我师傅的车牌号我好去报警，他们都不理我，就一直重复重复的说“车牌号一手机页面为准”，我说我手机没有拉掉师傅车上了，他也不会听，他只会一直重复这句话，我只要说让他给我车牌号，他就会一直重复这句话说“以你手机页面为准”，我说我手机掉师傅车上了，他就一直敷衍我，他也不会管我说这个事情，大家如果想要安全就小心点吧，千万不要用这个平台，你得不到安全保障

司机没素质的非常多，绕路，态度极差！之前打电话投诉还可以打得通，现在完全打不通，线上投诉没人回复，宁可损失权益金也要退掉储蓄钱，绝对不再打享道的车！

负分，0分都多了，每次派车都是三四公里，浪费司机和乘客时间（你习惯了提前10分钟叫车又给你派个距离一两分钟的车），甚至还有10公里以上的，取消就算乘客责任，去客服反馈没有任何回复，取消三次就禁止下单，我还是黑钻会员，反正只要取消就是乘客责任。今天打车等了司机七八分钟，司机一直不动，这种情况取消也算乘客责任，服了，又禁止打车。打电话给客服，客服说是司机责任，既然是司机责任为什么禁止乘客重新打车。另外部分司机危险驾驶，玩手机，服务态度恶劣，车内环境差，投诉也没用，没有任何反馈。导航也稀烂，只会导最近路线不管堵不堵，司机也说经常导航不准。做不好产品又听不进用户建议就别做了，浪费国家资源。

司机在上面坑人的方法一道一道的，投诉客服还不管用！
第一单：司机还没到，他就点自己到接我们的地方了，我们白白付了24分钟等车费，还绕路，比同一路线其他平台贵了20多元钱。
第二单：完全开眼了，司机绕路，平台投诉，还什么系统检测没有绕路，醉了，到目的地85元（原本48元左右）。。。大家自己品品吧

前几天在车上丢失了手机，回电几次无人接听后手机关机。立马报警并且联系了客服，但是客服要求耐心等待处理结果。几天后客服继续让我耐心等待。提供通话记录和苹果手机定位客服还是让我等待。平台连这样一个基本的时间都没法处理妥当，保护乘客利益，对于任何乘客来说都是有很高风险。建议大家叫车时谨慎选择，避开这样的叫车平台。

即使在关掉个性化推荐的情况下，也太多推送消息了。积分变化、优惠券、完成任务奖励等等，这些都没有办法选择不接收。打一次车收到4个推送，而实际上只有一条司机已到达是有用的，没有打车需要的天也一直提示我我有优惠券没有使用。请进一步优化推送消息的设置。
使用三个月后更新：叫车时的规划路线是比较划算（路程近，红绿灯稍多），实际上车后软件的导航路线就变成了贵的（路程远，红绿灯少，用时相近），完全没有提示，就这样每次给你多收5到20块钱。
