悦享住酒店管家可以实现如下功能：

1.客人可一键发送打扫、洗衣、维修、借物、加床等服务请求直达酒店服务员，无需中转前台或房务中心，无需走出房门；
2.客人一键预约开票，抬头税号自动检索，酒店前台收到提示后先行打印发票，客人直接退房卡拿发票离店，闪电退房，免等即走；
3.电子版酒店介绍，取代传统纸质服务指南，图文并茂展现酒店会议室、餐厅、休闲娱乐等酒店设施，有效降低酒店成本；
4.将酒店自有商品搬到线上便利店，包括迷你吧货品、土特产伴手礼等，客人一键下单并支付，服务员将商品直接送达客房；
5.服务员对订单响应不及时，系统将给酒店主管发出警报，及时干预，避免差评；
6.查看、受理、完成，所有订单服务数据全流程记录，有效监督控制服务过程；
7.订单点评、调查问卷、点评吐槽，客人意见直达酒店管理层，让客人满意而归，减少网络差评给酒店造成的损失；
