1. 课程尚未开始，一旦付款不能退款，说明中写的是课程中途不能退款
2. 客服不解决问题，投诉没人理，问投诉会不会有人回复也没人理
3. Html5界面和app账号居然不能共享，但同时html在pc端和手机端使用体验都很差。手机端是各种途径太深，每次要很多功夫才能看到课程。pc端页面无法快进过后退15秒，页面放大后各种功能就无法在网页上正常使用了会互相碰到。总之各种不理想。
4. 内容不错，但使用感受很差，对客服及公司印象很差。
5. 内容无法下载，ppt都不行。不是很明白这种购买内容绑定特别传播渠道的，公司倒闭了看不到内容了怎么办。
