분명히 반납을 했고 버튼까지 누르고 레버를 잠궈달라고 안내창까지 떴는데도 반납 조치가 안돼있으니 추가요금이 만원 넘게 부과가 되있더라고요. 이거 잘못하다가 몇만원 빠져나가는거 한순간이고 심지어 자동 출금 될 수도 있으니 완전 날강도 아닌가 싶었습니다… 웬만하면 이용 안 하는게 낫겠네요.

세종 시내에서 어디 이동할 때 울린 만큼 편한 게 없습니다. 운동도 되며 버스비도 아끼고 좋은 거 같습니다. 그리고 항상 느끼는 거지만, 문제점이 생겼을 때 서비스센터에 연결을 하면 항상 친절하게 알려 주십니다

최근 축제 관련 업데이트 이후 자전거 대여 속도가  느려졌습니다 어플 실행 로딩속도가 매우 느려서 자전거 대여를 하려면 접속과 재접속을 불필요하게 반복하느라 10여분이 걸립니다 수정 부탁드립니다
