## What is 和家康?

“和家康”疾病管理云平台（简称“和家康”）是由和谐家园（北京）健康科技有限公司（简称“和谐家园”）自主研发并负责运营，包含电脑软件、远程智能监测设备、手机应用客户端、云数据中心等部分组成，平台各项服务的所有权和运作权归和谐家园所有。可实现用户自我居家疾病监测、健康管理，医生远程管理，医患即时沟通等功能。“和家康”APP对用户的健康诊断仅提供辅助性帮助，在做出任何医疗决定之前，还应征询医生的建议。
