I paid 100 and spent lots of time downloading the software they sent to me, cleaning my computer, and waiting and waiting, nothing recovered at all. I only need to find 2 person’s chat history, but they cannot even do that. 

Better advice, backup your own phone with iCloud. 

Or never delete anything!
