○「個別機能訓練加算」の算定において、平成27年度の介護報酬改定から、居宅訪問の際にADLやIADLを確認することが、要件に加えられました。

○「居宅訪問チェックシートアプリ」は、普段は紙で行われているチェックを、iPhoneやiPadのボタンを押すのみで、手軽にペーパーレスで記録をすることが可能です。

○「居宅訪問チェックシートアプリ」を使うことで、日常生活動作（ADL）や手段的日常生活活動（IADL）に関する項目から、自立度や介助の度合いを把握することができます。
