在这个平台上面解决了很多的问题，但能解决问题的都是对方本身就想把这件事情给做好，只是确实没做好的情况。之前投诉沃尔玛给过期商品就解决不了，因为背后势力大，当地的工商局也不愿意掺合。但是像我们点的外卖呀，经常买东西的某东呀，打车司机问题，这些当时的客服没有处理好的情况，在这个平台上面都得到了很好的解决。相当于是个对各平台的一个处理专线。希望各大媒体多支持小黑猫，让沃尔玛等意识到互联网并非法外之地。
