悍草，除了是『體魄』的諧音也包含了我們對人體、訓練的期望：柔韌但有剛性。悍草不只是個健身房，而是個訓練站！

大家不只可以來這裡運動/健身/訓練，我們還有專業的一對一肌力體能訓練課程、運動傷害預防與矯正性運動課程、女性運動專區、特殊族群訓練(例如銀髮族與三高族群)，而且還是個教練培訓基地！我們有骨科醫師作為顧問，和醫學、物理治療、運動防護相結合，是新時代運動訓練的最佳選擇！

近30坪的一對一訓練區，讓新手不用害怕練習的過程動作不好看，不用害怕高手在旁邊觀看不好意思做動作。
