《強棒旺旺來APP》提供操作當沖、波段的投資人每日具有起「漲噴發訊號」的股票清單，內建多空技術分析選股策略，打開APP就能馬上查看當日最熱門的強勢股、弱勢股。主策略包含4大技術型態條件：
強勢噴出—找出5個交易日內第3根紅K棒。
跳空走高—開盤向上跳空2.5%以上。
強勢排行—具有短、中、長期趨勢爆發力，且當日股價漲幅超過2%。
趨勢強多—均線多頭排列，且當日股價漲幅超過2%。

1.找出飆股起漲點
當股價盤整了一段時間以後，若有向上突破創高或向下突破創低的跡象，強棒旺旺來APP能夠即時分辨，顯示在飆股清單中，讓投資人有機會在起漲點進場佈局。

2.一眼看出股本大小，選股有保障

4.一眼看出是否有大戶、主力進駐
