个人所得税APP由国家税务总局主办，是为贯彻落实党中央、国务院提出的个人所得税综合与分类相结合的税制改革要求，保障全国自然人纳税人及时享受税改红利而推出的一款移动办税工具。主要支持个人所得税综合所得年度汇算等纳税申报、专项附加扣除信息填报、收入纳税明细查询、异议申诉、涉税证明材料上传、委托代理等涉税业务办理，并配套提供在线咨询、热点问题、帮助中心等功能。

1.有些服务只能线下办理，APP中却仍然保留接口，用户点击后才提示无法线上办理。
2.兼容性差，需频繁强制更新版本才可使用。
3.退出后台后强制退出登录，用户每次打开APP都需要重新登录。
4.没有规范的用户操作指引文档，对于没有财务会计背景的普通用户，极易操作失误。一旦操作错误，还需线下前往服务厅才能修正。
一个政务APP，信息模块应尽可能清晰明确，操作方式应尽可能方便各层次的用户。如果连这些都做不好，还提什么服务人民？就是在给人民群众添堵。
