The app is incredibly frustrating and keeps you stuck in an endless loop. After registering, I received an SMS with an OTP code, but there was no field to enter it. Once registered, I couldn't log in with the password I created. When I tried to reset the password by pressing 'Forgot Password, it asked for a username something I was never prompted to create during registration. To make matters worse, there's no option to enter my email and receive a password reset link. Overall, the process is confusing and poorly designed.

It’s such a poorly written unusable app, I don’t understand why it’s offered on the App Store at all.

This app is not useful AT ALL.The map is so bad, it gives your location in another country. I made an “appointment” three hours before. I set the time and even I was notified that my order was taken. But surprise! No car showed up, your call center women does know anything and neither helpful or nice. Every time i am amazed of the bad service that I get. don’t recommend at all :)

От доста време изпозлвам приложението ,но днес докато избирам начална и крайа точка ми се появяваше прозорец с различни градове и различни фирми на таксита. Досадното е ,че няма бутон ,с който да затвориш този прозорец ,а ако решиш да избираш можеш само по една фирма. Интересното е ,че за град Пловдив там има две фирми ,но никоя от тях не е Еко Такси. Моля отстранете проблема.
