十次有九次无人接单，催单还要加价。相同距离比美团跑腿还要贵一两块钱，送货员少得可怜。这种运营能力还要先充值才能使用，严重怀疑是在圈钱。

对于多门店的我们，每次找门店时要找很久，没有一个逻辑可言，每次找门店基本要把所有门店翻一遍，一不注意就翻过，而且经常出现上拉卡顿闪退情况，能不能设置一个快捷查找功能！

送达为什么要拍照嘛，客人给了收件码就说明没问题了，居然还要拍照，这个就只考虑到减少纠纷，就没考虑到客户体验，有些场合不适合拍照，很多都是送到餐厅，送到Ktv，送到家里，有些场合骑手在哪里拍照，客人就非常不舒服，骑手说没拍到人，但是客人难道去检查骑手手机吗，更离谱还要客人拿在手里拍的，莫名其妙，这个功能虽然可以避免破损纠纷，但是会让客户极其反感

②注册了商家版个人版就不能用了，如果想在其他地方取餐就很麻烦了

闪送员水平越来越不专业，都没有什么基本的培训，入门太简单了！充值满一定金额之后能有优惠劵，但是经常随意取消用户使用优惠劵的资格！！随意规定所谓节假日！！经常随便加溢价，随意加价。物品就算送坏了如果没有购买保险，就不会给予赔偿，只退运费的1.5倍也不知道这种是什么神仙规则！！
