## What is 长护通?

长护通APP是由中国人民健康保险股份有限公司研发，为长期护理保险提供优质高效便捷的公共服务平台。通过互联网手段，根据长期护理保险整个经办管理过程中不同服务对象的使用特点建设了不同的应用版本，实现了待遇申请、失能评估、服务实施、服务培训、服务评价的全流程数据化、规范化、标准化，形成了服务闭环，使得各个服务环节和服务流程便捷通畅，远程可移动，可追溯、可查看、可评价。
承办机构人员可以通过APP接受巡查任务派单，对失能评定、护理服务等环节进行定期巡查，记录巡查结果，并进行服务监控管理及服务效果评估。
