## What is 微格训练?

微格教学起源于20世纪60年代初期，是由美国斯坦福大学艾伦（D.Allen）教授等人创立的一种利用现代视听设备（摄像机、录像机等），对师范生或在职教师进行课堂教学技能培训的一种方法。微格教学是一个有控制的实践研究系统，它通过对课堂上的教学行为进行分解，使学习者有可能集中解决某一特定的教学行为，或在有控制的条件下进行学习。它是建筑在控制论、还原论和现代技术基础上，系统训练教师教学技能的理论和方法。它使得教育家能够像科学家剖析分子那样来研究复杂的教育现象。
