## What is 红花汇?

1、简单个性留住人
拍照为产品第一个核心功能。通过1)选择模板;2)拍照，两个步骤记录班级活动、班级明星等精彩时刻，形成个性化的班级文化。“红花汇”采用多媒体技术实现对校园生活的过程性记录，比传统墙报更生动，表现力也更强。
2、互动评价激励人
发红花为产品另一个核心功能。教师通过手机一键奖励学生（发红花），学生即时获得荣誉感，提升激励效果，便捷的实现对学生的过程性评价，积累形成学生的电子成长记录，为学校素质化教育提供大数据支持。
3、小组擂台进课堂
在对学生进行过程性评价的过程中，针对学校不同的课堂教学形式，目前通常为排排坐（常规教学模式）、团团坐（分组教学模式）两种形式，产品为两种教学模式提供了不同的红花发送方式，方便教师在课堂上便捷的对学生（小组）进行即时的过程性评价和奖励。
