بعد إدخال رقم الهاتف، سيطلب من المستخدم التحقق من رقم هاتفه، حيث سيصله رسالة قصيرة تحتوي رمز التحقق للمضي قدما في عملية تسجيل ناجحة.
 
بعد القيام بالعملية أعلاه بنجاح، سوف يكون المستخدم قادرا على طلب أي خدمة عن طريق ملء الحقل/الحقول المطلوبة لتلك الخدمة المحددة.
 
بعد الحصول على التفاصيل المطلوبة للخدمة من قبل مستخدم التطبيق، سيتم إرسال رسالة قصيرة، لتأكيد خصم سعر الخدمة، وفي حال وصول رسالة تؤكد عملية الدفع من قبل للمستخدم، سيصله الرد على الخدمة التي قام بطلبها، عن طريق الرسائل القصيرة أيضا ولتنعكس على التطبيق.

يمكن لمستخدم التطبيق، تصفح فئات مختلفة مثل "مركز الاتصال الوطني، الأماكن السياحية، حسابي، الدليل، اسأل الحكومة"
في أي وقت، يمكن للمستخدم تغيير لغة التطبيق العربية / الإنجليزية.

Jordan eGov SMS App which will be useful for Jordan citizens and visitors, that will ease, save efforts and time to acquire the governmental entities services that were digitized into SMS services, application users can acquire a variety of SMS services such as:
Inquire of Judicial Requests
Individual Tax
Organizations Tax
Property Taxes
Traffic Violations
Nationality Directorate Transactions Query and Foreigners Affairs
Follow-up on Non-conviction Certificate
Ask for fatwa
And many more governmental services.
 
Application users will be Free to browse the application categories and services before requesting any service, upon requesting any governmental entities service, they will be prompted to enter their phone number, as all of these services are based on SMS request pushed from their phones, and the charging mechanism is depending on the SMS itself.
 
After inserting the phone number, the user will be prompted to validate his/her phone number, user will receive short message with pin code verification to proceed with successful.
 
After the above done successfully, the user will be able to request any service by filling the required field for that specific service.
 
After receiving the needed inserted details by App user,  an SMS message will be sent to confirm the service pricing deduction, after that the user will have the service response on his mobile application and via SMS as well.
 
Application user, can browse different categories as well over the Application such as “National Call Center, Touristic Places, My Account, Directory, Ask Government”
 
At any time, the user can change the Application language Arabic/English.
