## What is 健康抚州?

健康抚州是基于“互联网+医疗”背景下催生的医疗信息化应用。整个抚州健康管理平台以抚州多家医院为依托，整合医院（科室）、医生、健康管理师、护士等院内院外资源，面向抚州当地百姓提供抚州当地多家医院的普通号预约挂号、专家号预约挂号。对接了各家多医院门诊、住院、检验、检查、手术的健康管理平台。同时为慢病患者提供以“慢病管理服务”为核心、同时提供“健康计划（护理、体检、营养、用药、支付）” 等增值服务。

主要功能：
--患者信息：提供健康卡管理、健康档案查询
--医院信息：提供附件医院、查看科室医生、院内导航
--医疗功能：预约挂号（普通号、专家号）、全市医院健康档案聚合
