It is NOT. It has the worst customer service, it does not exist. The app is a joke it has only the buy function every other functions are not there....customer service, contact, refund. It uses COVID for every excuse like delay of delivery (multiple times for the same product) and change of collection point but yet it does not allow extra time nor refund option. We are all more tolerant because of COVID but if the other competitors have long overcame these COVID related problems. Shouldn’t this company too?
