## What is 企教通?

机务教培APP是中国铁路机务系统自主研发的一款集在线培训、在线考试、我要闯关、我要挑战等功能模块于一体的教育、学习、培训平台。
该平台有效缓解了工学矛盾，切实节约了乘务员参加培训考试利用的休班时间，提高了培训、考试效率及质量，在线实时人脸识别，保证了培训、考试、学习的真实有效性。“我要创关”、“我要挑战”模块将逐步的引导职工学、激励职工学，把学习融入生活，逐步实现要我学习到我要学习的转变，营造“比、学、赶、帮、超”的良好学习氛围。
【产品特点】
我要练习：职工可自主选择对应题库和对应的工种岗位参加练习，根据分数高低可获得积分。
我要学习：通过将相关规章制度、培训资料、事故案例、故障处理、必知必会题库等内容上传到该平台。职工可随时随地调取阅览，使职工充分利用碎片化的时间去学习。
我要闯关：闯关模块将个人总题库纳入到闯关系统中，以一种游戏和激励的手段，引导职工学习。
培训任务：职工在线接受在线培训，保证培训质量，避免劳碌奔波。
考试任务：职工在线考试，人脸识别保证考试真实性。
