I want to remove this apps and it’s not available in the setting or iPhone storage

**Developer response:** This is perfectly normal because it is only available on the iMessage store. You can find it and use/remove it by doing this:

 • Scroll the app bar all the way to the left.  Slide the app/pack to the left. 

• Tap on the More ( ... ) button on the right.

• Tap on Delete.

This is an iMessage app, the description does not mention that it can be used in Whatsapp. you can find it by doing the following: • Tap the App Store icon alongside the message box in iMessage to open the app drawer. • Swipe left or right over the apps to find the one that you want to use. Then tap the app to open it.

I just downloaded this app but it disappeared, you cannot install it or delete it.

**Developer response:** Thank you for your feedbak, this is an iMessage app, you can find it by doing the following:

• Tap the App Store icon alongside the message box in iMessage to open the app drawer.

• Swipe left or right over the apps to find the one that you want to use. Then tap the app to open it.

If you want to add a sticker, touch and hold a sticker, then drag it to the message bubble. The sticker will automatically send once you add it to the message.

If you want to send a sticker in your message, open it or tap the sticker that you want to add to your message.

• Tap the upwards arrow to send.
