アプリで問い合わせても電話番号を送られてきただけで無駄な工数が増えただけです。ポストの暗礁キーはは乗っているけど宅配ボックスの暗礁キーは載っておらず不便。部屋も共用部も不具合が多くカスタマーセンターに電話したらおじさんが上から目線で質問をしてくる。同じ質問を何度も繰り返す。繋いでもらった業者は面倒くさそうに「とりあえず現場見に行くんで〜」という始末。入居して1ヶ月経っていませんが、もう引っ越したいです。でも高い敷金礼金を払ったのでこのまま住まなきゃ…と思うと憂鬱です。もう二度とレジディアシリーズには住みません。
