## What is Мобільна Безпека?

Kyivstar Mobile Safety is a phone tracker application for IOS devices that shows your close ones’ location and protects your smartphone in case of loss or theft. Also, the application informs you about the start and end of air alarms.

Now, it`s important to know that family and friends are safe. The application notifies about the beginning and end of air alarms, street battles, artillery fire, chemical and radiation threats and displays this information on the map. In remote, new areas of cities, small towns and villages, sirens or other information measures cannot be heard everywhere. Therefore, it is necessary to have an alternative tool with notifications to control the situation. The application receives information about alarms from the official alarm map of Ukraine. This enables people to react to danger as quickly as possible.

Работает некорректно , отключить невозможно, звоню в техподдержку - у них высвечивается не мой, а какой-то другой номер … жуть какая-то

В інформації нічого не повідомляється про «покупки в програмі», в передогляді написано «Спробуйте 7 днів безоплатно і тільки після цього оплатіть послугу». Я спробував не більше години і видалив додаток, але після цього на протязі 6 тижнів з мого рахунку мобільного зв’язку Київстар щотижнево списувалося по 10,5 грн. Помітив це я тільки тоді, коли мені відключили мобільний зв’язок за відсутність грошей на рахунку, які викачала ця програма. На моє звернення до оператора КС (466) і в службу підтримки «Мобільної безпеки» (0800306911), вони відмовились повертати шахрайськи привласнені кошти. Будьте обережні з такою «ведмежою послугою»!
