The service advertised were fraudulent. The customer service gives incorrect advices and you can never reach the actual human for help. Luckily I got the messages and checked my credit card statement and immediately contacted the bank to cancel my card and prevent further charges. There is no use to contact the customer service in the app. They never responded. Please do not make any purchase, even it says it’s one-time thing but actually they may have terms secretly attached will give them consent that they can make automatic payments. ### 1/5 — SCAM Money *2025-11-14* I confirmed that I have already unsubscribed few days ago but transferred money twice. I checked is the system did not work for my unsubscribe. It is the apps operator error. I tried to contact in-program customer service , but after heard / saw REFUND, keep reply a lot of people is using the customer service, need to wait patiently with their apologies by the system. After all no answer. After a few days I noticed two declined transactions (on 2 different days) from the app through Apple Pay, thought it was their system glitch and didn’t take any action. Then later on the same day a third transaction went through. I looked through the app and couldn’t find a way to contact them or dispute the transaction so I decided to deactivate the account and delete the app to be safe. Guess what, 3 days later another transaction went through again on my card, without any subscription and even without the app. I ended up having to cancel my credit card with the bank and dispute the 2 charges (difficult according to my bank as I actually made legitimate transactions before). Just read through the reviews and apparently I’m not the only one with unauthorized charges from this company. It’s obviously a seasoned scammer! DO NOT DOWNLOAD OR PURCHASE anything from this app! ### 1/5 — Don’t trust this App. It’s a scam! *2025-07-13, version 8.0.2* First, they lure you into their special activities and don’t give you the coins they premised in the commercial; and they use all kinds of promotions to ask you to sign up and then suddenly take your earned coins away with no reason nor explanation. When you reach out to customer service, the automated system told you that they don’t understand your questions and that’s it. They never make any effort to solve problems or answer questions. I think only Chinese would do things like this. This is not the first time I experience ridiculous cheating behavior with Chinese developed App. Lessons learned. This is the last time I use a Chinese developed App and I strongly suggest you to do the same. Do not trust nor work with Chinese.
