## What is 健康浏阳医生端?

浏阳市医生使用的会诊转诊平台和诊后随访平台。乡镇医生可以使用该APP向上级医院发起远程会诊请求，也可以把患者转到上级医院就诊，上级医院医生也可以把患者转到乡镇卫生院进行康复治疗。医生能方便的使用APP进行住院随访、门诊随访、家医随访和体检随访。
