If this is the app to be used by american citizens with dual citizenship, why not in English or have a separate app for that purpose vs clubbing this with all of the other purposes for regular Palestinians. I for example do not have a local number nor strong in Arabic. Thanks

Israel the strongest country in the Middle East with the technology this application is really weak and I can not contact anyone to help me fix my issue they can do better than that I’m trying to apply for permission to go visit the holy places and the only thing I can choose is to go pray for Al-Aqsa on friday and I am a Christian I don’t have the option to apply for Christian tourist permission.

This app stinks the language preferences don’t work. I tried booking an appointment but what’s the use if I don’t know what I am booking!!!!!! Hate it! Don’t download.
