Не могу оплатить квитанцию через приложение, пишет, что лицевой счет не найден, хотя он прежний, ничего не менялось..и в ручную, и сканируя QR-код, пишет одно и тоже, в чем причина, непонятно.. куда обращаться с данной проблемой тоже непонятно.. звонила в ук говорят этот вопрос не к нам..
