金方舟是北京曙光易通开发的一款提供自我状态监测的APP。用户可以通过APP提交自己的视频和照片，这样后台的专业人员可以根据用户提交的资料对用户的身体状态信息进行评价，并给出合理性的建议。而金方舟（专家/社工版）正是提供给专业人员使用的版本，专业人员可以查看被关联用户提交的报告并作出反馈及通知用户，社工账号相比较医生账号多出一个预警功能，两款APP可以配合使用来满足更高的需求。
