## What is 맥스튜디오 프로?

스튜디오 맥 촬영회원 및 졸업생을 위한 사진 선택 필수 앱입니다.
대학 졸업앨범 촬영 후 맥스튜디오는 모든 사진을 서버에 저장하여
촬영한 학생 본인이 여러장의 사진 중 종이 앨범에 최종 이용될
사진을 선택하게 됩니다.
학생이 사진을 선택하지 않은경우 관리자가 별도로 연락하여
사진을 선택하게 하나 이 후에도 선택되지 않으면 관리자가 임의로
촬영이 잘된 사진을 앨범에 등록하게 됩니다.
본 앱을 이용하시면 항상 내 사진을 휴대폰으로 선택할 수 있으며
사진 선택 내용을 실시간 알림으로 공지 받을 수 있읍니다.

왜 학교가 이런 업체를 고용하는지 1도 이해가 안가는 퀄리티임 차라리 졸업식때 핸드폰으로 찍는게 훨씬 나은 퀄리티 보정요청사항은 제대로 들어가지도 않고 이상함 그냥 졸사 기본만 하셈 괜히 액자 해서 돈 날리지말고

돈내고 찍는 사진인데 한마디로 어플.사진.상담 모든부분에서 실망스러웠어요 저희가 업체측 실수로 다같이 사진수정 문의 드렸는데 황 실장님? 상담 내내 동문서답하시고 수정된다 했다 안된다고 했다가 너무 헷갈려서 확실히 말해달라하니 제가 설명한건 하나도 안읽으신건지 멋대로 저희 상황 판단해서 안된다고 했던거였고 나중에는 길어지는게 짜증났는지 질문에 대한 대답없이 대뜸 말자르고 과대표냐고 불필요한 질문을 하질않나 보내세요 확인하세요 헷갈리게하지마세요 등등 반복되는 명령투에 재촉하시니 너무 당황스럽고 불쾌했습니다 누가보면 저때문에 상담 길어진줄 알겠더라고요 개인적인 변심도 아니고 업체 실수에 단체로 문의한건데 상담 내내 무례하다는 생각이 계속해서 들었습니다 사람 대하는 일 하시면기본적인 서비스 마인드를 키우세요 학생이라고 그렇게 대하지 마시구요
