下单时不能告知是否能配送，下完单付完款后才告知地址不能配送

订单完全没保障，下单后没能在生日当天送达，搞砸了过生日的心情。而且这个app看不到门店接单状态，也没有配送状态，也没有门店联系方式，只能问客服，问就一直是正在核实，一会说要先和门店确认，一会又说财务没上班不能退款，一会又说送个优惠券，生日都已经过去了，你们是觉得用户还敢再用这个不负责任的app吗？不想被破坏心情的话还是远离吧。

售后真得一塌糊涂，买的两个贝思客的蛋糕，说了发票发快递过来但是发过来的发票根本货不对版，金额也不对，而且客服一直在敷衍，一会儿说发邮件，一会儿财务在旅游，一会儿说发票没有了发邮件也不能发，真的很奇怪，而且配送也没有快递电话，和配送过程的显示，完全就是靠问客服，可是客服一直在回避话题，难道是黑店？
