The plot is unusual and really - this is a game for those who like to explore. As for me, the game is for several days, there is only one function. But still interesting in the first few days. It requires a bit of observation and problem solving to initially figure out what you’re supposed to do. After you get that, the game can be completed in just a few minutes. The whole game was created in just a few days, by a few people, and while on a train (TrainJam, a game developing event) which just makes the finished product all the more interesting from a development perspective. The actors and environment have been recorded from the TrainJam and used in this game, which adds realism to the visuals. All together, it has been well crafted and a nice way to spend a few minutes. A game doesn’t have to be long to be good. And Z e p h y r is great! Story based games with a good story and interesting puzzles to solve is my idea of a good time. This game ticks those boxes. I think the developers should take this idea and make a long game. A language barrier adds a new dimension to sleuthing. And maybe there’s a social comment too, but I don’t want to get heavy.
