## What is 经典古诗词?

诗词是中文独有的一种文体，有特殊的格式及韵律。诗按音律分，可分为古体诗和近体诗两类。古体诗和近体诗是唐代形成的概念，是从诗的音律角度来划分的。
按内容可分为叙事诗、抒情诗、送别诗、边塞诗、山水田园诗、怀古诗（咏史诗）、悼亡诗，咏物诗，军旅诗等。古体诗有《诗经》《楚辞》《乐府》《汉赋》《南北朝民歌》等。近体诗一般是绝句，律诗，排律（长律）。

从文学风貌论，七古的典型风格是端正浑厚、庄重典雅，歌行的典型风格则是宛转流动、纵横多姿。《文章辨体序说》认为“七言古诗贵乎句语浑雄，格调苍古”，又说“放情长言曰歌”、“体如行书曰行”，二者风调互异。《诗薮》论七古亦云：“古诗窘于格调，近体束于声律，惟歌行大小短长，错综阖辟，素无定体，故极能发人才思。李、杜之才，不尽于古诗而尽于歌行。”则在七古、七律之外，因其风格的差异视七言歌行别为一体。《昭昧詹言》说“七言古之妙，朴、拙、琐、曲、硬、淡，缺一不可。总归于一字曰“老”，又说“凡歌行，要曼不要警”。“曼”即情辞摇曳、流动不居；“警”即义理端庄、文辞老练。这些评论，都揭示了七言古诗与歌行在美感风格方面的不同。尽管在具体的诗歌创作中，以七古的笔法写歌行、以歌行的笔法写七古，一度成为时尚，然而在总体上仍不难看出二者之间的差异。举例来说，杜甫《寄韩谏议注》、卢仝《月蚀诗》、韩愈《谒衡岳庙遂宿岳寺题门楼》、李商隐《韩碑》等，只能是七言古诗；而王维《桃源行》、李白《梦游天姥吟留别》、白居易《长恨歌》、韦庄《秦妇吟》只能是七言歌行。
