首先不得不说，记乎陪伴了我整个考研生涯，给我的帮助也非常大，最后也取得了很好的成绩。这已经是我第二次续费整年vip了，明年打算考编，本打算继续续费的。最近因为打算考教资，就把更新了记乎，新版确实比旧版要美观很多，但是个人感觉设备之间更新太慢了，有时候在手机上用了，回来想用iPad，一直无法同步，太影响使用体验了，希望可以改进一下实质性的东西。

**Developer response:** 谢谢支持，新版本的同步流程：在当前设备学习完毕后，点击右上角的同步按钮，提交学习记录，转动完毕后，切换到另一个设备，再次点击右上角同步按钮，同步一下学习记录（要保持两个设备的版本都是新版本V3）

整体算是好用，帮了大忙 但是发现如果是记了很久的词如果重新点“困难“，进到一个更短的复习间隔之后，好像就不会自动增加复习间隔了，我有记得一连好几天遇到同一个词，而我一直都是点“一般”。希望这个bug能早点fix

记乎前段时间改进了很多，体验感越来越好了，但是还是存在一些问题。不知道是不是只有我自己有这个情况，在点击掌握没掌握的时候中间偶尔卡顿，像是在加载。还有一个问题就是我在pad上记单词的时候，往往记到一半，屏幕就开始闪烁，加载不出或者只加载一半的单词页面。目前只有这两个问题，希望记乎继续努力💪

我觉得最不方便就是打开之后不能直接跳到上次学过的最后一个卡牌，像有好几千个卡牌的情况就得一直不停往下翻才能接着上次的学，从中间退出来想看一下下面的卡牌，但是界面也很容易跳转到最开始，又要不停往下滑😰希望可以改进一下

以前一直很喜欢记乎，觉得制作卡牌很方便还能调整字体大小和颜色。今年更新了把以前的功能下架了不说，我作为会员压根没有享受到一丝比普通用户更强大的功能…我觉得自己充的钱充了个寂寞，再也不会充了！现在新版本滑动卡片模式更加鸡肋，一不小心就会误触，并且卡牌大小让人不适，再这样下去我可能真的会舍弃这个软件。

**Developer response:** 非常抱歉影响到你的使用，卡包模板样式调整可以到电脑端卡编器调整（创建卡包时，自定义主题下所有的模板都可以修改样式）；更新到2.7.17或是2.7.18可关闭手势功能功能

考研党，因为自己一道道拍照做卡片太麻烦，购买了一个数学题库牌组，计划高数线代概率三个模块每天各刷几道题保持感觉，但点击开始学习后，就只能按卡包的顺序做题。
希望开发者关注一下，“开始学习”也太刻意了，点开哪张学哪张简简单单不挺好吗？

我在做卡片的时候需要在各个软件里切换，可是好几次我一回到记乎它就刷新了，导致我刚输入的内容全部丢失。其他功能都很好用，就是希望能把这个恼人的bug解决一下谢谢

我会切换两到三个软件，但基本上切换软件不超过两三分钟，就会回到记乎。我切屏有时速度很快，但我想这应该不是问题根源吧
