고객이나 업체 측에서 일방적으로 일정을 취소해서 제 개인 일정까지 망가진 게 한두 번이 아닙니다. 그런데 그로 인해 발생한 낮은 평점을 이유로 사전 고지도 없이 '영구 제한'을 거네요? 원인 제공은 자기들이 하고 책임은 파트너에게 전가하는 말도 안 되는 운영 방식입니다. 청소만 하고 사는 사람도 아닌데, 현실적인 여건은 무시하고 기계적인 잣대만 들이대는 최악의 플랫폼입니다.

자동화 시스템으로 더블체크하지않고 요구사항이 어떻든 아무나 신청이 되게 하는게 미소의 가장 큰 문제이지만 거기에 더해 이전에는 고객전달사항은 미리확인이 가능했는데, 이제는 위험한 진상고객인지 아닌지 신청후에나 파악이 가능합니다..

간혹 노동대비 시급은 정말 저렴한편인데 시간은 최저로잡고 말도안되는 요구사항 및 파손 경고를 하시는 분들이있습니다. 요구사항을 미리알았다면 그런고객은 거르고 더 나은 일자리를 찾을수있는데 그것때문에 서비스를 받지 못하는 고객이있으니 그냥 돈을 받는 클리너가 내용보고 못고르게 정책을 바꾸신거같은데.. 그런 고객분들은 미소가 아니라 제 돈주고 전문 청소업체를 고용하시는게 맞습니다. 그런분들은 그냥 파트너, 상담사 다 힘들게만듭니다.

신청후 고객 관련내용 얘기하면 상담사분이 전해주시거나 고객이랑 직접 만나서 해결하라고 하는게 다죠. 저는 이런 분들은 패널티 받고서라도 취소합니다. 괜히 몇만원 벌려다가 더큰 금액 지불해야할수도 있으니까요. 그리고 고객이 취소하면 예전에는 금액 절반 주셨는데 이제는 안주시네요? 고객이 취소해도 파트너한테만 피해가 오는시스템은 좀 아닌거같아요. 확정까지했으면 그 시간은 보상해주셔야죠.  저처럼 가끔 하시는분들은 이런 점들 때문이 일자리신청을 주저하게될것같습니다. +++ 추가로 신청시 고객이 집에계신지 여부를 파악할수있도록 개선이되면 많은 도움이될것같습니다. 홈페이지나 앱에서 앱개선관련 내용을 기재할곳이 없어서 여기에 쓰게되었습니다.

1. 어플 가입하고 기본 프로필 완성도 안했는대 냅다 하루종일 안내 전화옴 천천히 프로필 등록하고 생각할 시간도 안 줌. 전화 안받으면 카톡으로 전화안받으셔서 어쩌구 메세지까지 옴
2. 저렇게 전화돌릴 인력은 쓰면서 고객센터 전화는 아예 거부하고 어플 채팅으로만 상담 받음 그런데 읽고서 답도 안함. 30분에서 1시간 걸린다는데, 만약에 일관련도중 급한 일 생기면 어떻게 대응하려고 저러는 건지 모르겠음
3. 탈퇴버튼 없음. 전에 정보통신망법에 탈퇴 용이하게 만들라는 조항있었는데 없어져서 그런지 몰라도 탈퇴를 번거롭게 해둠 
4. 몰랐는데 가입만하니까 파트너 명단에 내 이름 석자 다 노출됨.  이름 특이한편이라 노출 되고 싶지도 않고 노출 될 줄 알았으면 사용안했을 거임 일단 둘러보고 싶어서 가입했는데 노출 여부 묻지도 않고(다른 알바 어플은 지원만 할 지, 제안도 받을지 선택할 수 있게 만들었음) 그냥 파트너 많아보고싶은건지 냅다 파트너명단에 올려버림.
결론: 주변에 추천하고 싶지 않음
