아이폰으로 인식 안 되는 이유는 인쇄된 QR코드가 너무 작아서 그렇습니다. 
저는 다른 기기(아이패드 카메라앱)로 QR을 크게 비추고 아이폰으로는 거기에 나오는 아이패드를 인식시켰습니다. 그러면 아이폰으로는 QR이 크게 인식되어 문제없이 다운가능합니다. 
제조사는 아무래도 아이폰을 잘 모르는 것 같습니다.
부모님들 도움되시길 바랍니다.
