优托邦物管运营系统，是由优托邦集团打造的集物业管理、运营为一体的线上系统，系统包含网页后台、移动端App，涵盖报修、巡检、装修等多种物业管理功能，为租户提供最便捷的物业体验，为企业打造最高效的管理平台，帮助企业实现科学的业务流程管理，提高企业的综合竞争力。
 
【功能简介】
1、物业报修：物业内部人员通过App随时随地发起报修工单，支持拍照上传现场照片。
2、工单跟进：物业维修人员通过App处理和跟进工单，处理进度实时通知相关人员。
3、绩效统计：维修人员绩效管理，不同维度查看人员绩效情况。
