## What is 陕西应急志愿?

应急志愿者作为社会突发灾难、事故等应急救援的重要辅助力量，能够在紧急状态下成为应急救援队伍的及时补充，为保障社会安定、社会经济发展发挥积极作用。
为有效整合各地市、各单位应急人员资源，充分发挥全省各级共青团组织，特别是各级青年志愿者组织的影响力、号召力，加强应急志愿者队伍的建设，提高我省对突发事件的快速处理能力，需按照专业化、组织化的需求，建立应急志愿者网上招募系统，促进社会应急救援后备力量的建设。
