تهدف المؤسسة العامة للتأمينات الاجتماعية من خلال استراتيجيتها إلى تحقيق سعادة ورضا الجمهور الكريم عن طريق تقديم أفضل الخدمات الالكترونية والارتقاء بمستوى العمل وتسهيل إنجازات المعاملات وأن تتم بسرعة فائقة وجودة عالية ومواكبة التطور التكنولوجي العالمي.
لذا قامت المؤسسة العامة للتأمينات الاجتماعية في دولة الكويت بطرح الباقة الأولى من الخدمات الالكترونية في تطبيق الهاتف الذكي  
وصفحة الانترنت ويتوفر بلغتين العربية والانجليزية ، آخذه بعين الاعتبار المحافظة على السرية التامة والخصوصية للمستخدمين. 
سيتم تسجيل الدخول لتلك الخدمات بطريقتين : ارسال رسالة نصية برمز التحقق الى رقم الهاتف المسجل لدى المؤسسة بشكل آمن أو عن طريق ادخال اسم المستخدم وكلمة السر الصادرة من الهيئة العامة للمعلومات المدنية.
من أهم الخدمات : 1) تحديث بيانات الأفراد وهي متاحة لجميع المسجلين لدى المؤسسة (صاحب معاش – مستحق – مؤمن عليه )
                      2) المقاصة لاستبدالات أصحاب المعاشات وهي متاحة لأصحاب المعاشات.
                      3) رد الاستبدال وتتم عملية الدفع أون لاين عن طريق الكي نت وهي متاحة لأصحاب المعاشات.
                      4) صرف معاش مقدم وهي متاحة لأصحاب المعاشات.
                      5) طلب صرف 7 صافي المعاش التقاعدي وهي متاحة لأصحاب المعاشات.
                      6) الدفع الالكتروني لصاحب العمل وهي متاحة لجميع أصحاب الأعمال المسجلين لدى المؤسسة.
                      7) الدفع الالكتروني للمؤمن عليه باب خامس وهي متاحة لجميع المسجلين كمؤمن عليهم باب خامس لدى المؤسسة. 
من أهم المزايا :   1) خدمة الاشعارات حيث يتم ارسال رسالة نصية الى الهاتف المسجل لدى المؤسسة فور انجاز وتنفيذ الخدمة.
                      2) خدمة التعريف بالخدمات يمكن الاستعانة بها لمعرفة طبيعتها.
                      3) تحديد مواقع فروع المؤسسة وعناوينها وأرقام تليفوناتها وفي حال تحديد الفرع المطلوب يمكنك الانتقال مباشرة الى خريطة جوجل.
                      4) إمكانية طلب المساعدة عن طريق ارسال بريد الكتروني.
                      5) إمكانية تحويل لغة التطبيق بين العربية والانجليزية.

الهدف من البرنامج خدمة المراجعين حتى لا يضطر للمراجعه لكن لا التطبيق يعمل و البرنامج للاسف جدا سئ علما بان هذه الملاحظات قديمه من اكثر من سنتين اتمنى ان تكون هناك متابعه و الحرص على التطوير المستمر و قياس رضا المراجع و الاخذ بعين الاعتبار جميع الملاحظات لتعديلها
