识蜘移动平台，以手机移动证书为安全中心，具备严谨的国密规范性，算法
的先进性，几乎等同于实体证书的安全性等。无需额外硬件投入，便携易用。
用户只需简单几步，即可拥有个人专属移动证书：
用户登陆后，点击申请流程；
提交身份证信息，支持手机摄像自动识别并填写证件信息；
快速识别本人人脸特征并采集最佳图像；
通过权威公民信息库比对本人照片和身份证信息，通过后即可获得移动数字
证书；
该证书用途广泛，如用于设置个人专属签名（设置签名片段）；一键登录扩
展服务通行证（访问首页应用片段）；现场出示个人电子身份等等（点击出示二
维码片段）。
