什么垃圾软件，教资认证要扫脸办结果啥都扫不出来，好不容易扫到那个界面还给我自动退出来了

登陆的时候会莫名其妙出现随机问题。
随便一个链接点一下，都是等半天只有一个空白页面，没有任何提示的那种。 
政务投诉的内容，没有入口，好不容易等地页面加载了，又好不容易写完，再好不容易提交，结果查询的时候，你不知道怎么进入！
