人福工单APP工程师端主要为解决客户报修不能可视化，例如:不能及时了解报修后工程师位置、预计什么时候维修及维修的效果等；另外也能够满足公司内部外部工程师绩效评级，吸引更多的有志之才纳入系统，提升客户的满意度！
