莫名其妙无法登陆，永远无法打通客服电话

没用过这么垃圾的app。消息提示：开户失败、原因是需要填用户问卷，消息无法点击，看不懂为啥填问卷？填什么问卷？在哪填？然后开户状态还是【复审中】。。客服电话20min也没人接，在线客服显示排在第11位，一小时后还是第11位、键盘打字都发不出去。。如果正常竞争，股东都不会用自家这产品吧

以前用富途好好的，非要强迫私企员工用这个，为后续出各种割韭菜税做准备。奇葩的是明明注册完成邮件和短袖都发了账号和密码结果还提示登录不了，申请换密码也一样！

公司强制要求使用，这货认为有美国电话号码的就是美国人（Skype 租一个也算）然后要走独立开户，最气人的是独立开户的时候卡在人脸识别死活启动不了。这软件上架的时候测都没测吧，要我说这么难用不如只提供线下纸表开户和电话证券服务，别搞什么 App 了。
