## What is 種菜鳥?

種菜鳥是一個由香港中文大學大學通識教育部及香港中文大學學能提升研究中心成立的植物耕種訊息手機應用程式。
當中功能包括:
•	菜鳥須知 – 分享植物介紹、耕種須知及技巧
•	今日工作 – 提醒及紀錄今日耕種工作，包括: 淋水、除草或收割
•	想種什麼 –透過植物類別、開始種植月份等分類搜尋想種的植物資料
•	睇天種菜 –連結香港天文台以取得現時至未來7天的天氣資訊，因應天氣變化而作出合適安排

This app is cute and informative. I love the graphics and the material is pretty thoroughly explained. I like how there are common and scientific names for each plant. I also like the suitable time regarding planting and harvesting. 

My only complain is that every time I go to the “want to plant” section, I always have to scroll to the bottom. It automatically goes to the top when I come back from a plant. I wish it was separated into categories like veggies or herbs and maybe accessible at the top of the screen. I found the recommendations pretty useful regarding to plant for what month.
