## What is 遠距醫療通?

遠距醫療通主要目標客群為連江縣之縣民，縣民可登錄此應用程式，變成會員之後，將可以使用下列服務： 
(1) 門診資料查詢：App提供台北市聯合醫院遠距門診資料查詢，包括門診科別、時間、時段與醫生。
(2) 預約掛號：App可提供預約服務，透過該App可以進行預約，串聯預約後台後，回饋預約成功或失敗。
(3) 健康資訊上傳：App提供健康資訊上傳，資料上傳後將提供醫生進行診療之參考依據，同時也可透過App管理自我健康資訊。
