[主要功能]：
1）签呈申请
优化了签呈审批流程，管理员可以将机构角色绑定在指定环节上。
2）用印申请
增加了多种印章审批方式，如按印章保管员、按部门印章管理员等。
3）收文审核
优化收文管理界面。
4）合同审核
增加多种合同归口类型及归口部门配置。优化合同审核界面。
5） 请假申请
增加了请假人销假、续假功能。
6）个人中心
将个人意见设置转移至个人中心。
