## What is 智能作业管理系统?

此作业票申报系统用于石油化工行业，现场作业票签发流程，通过移动端APP为载体，实现远程作业许可签发，减少签票人员跑签、等待时间，提高现场施工工效；进一步实现无纸化办公；结合项目人员实名制系统，可更有效的加强安全、质量行为监管，以及人员奖惩；通过申报系统可上传JSA分析、交底过程视频，提高了直接作业人员的安全意识；通过数据处理，可将作业点的数量、各作业点的人数、监护人数等信息汇总或直观反映在项目平面布置图。最后实现项目信息的收集、录入，进一步延伸为“智慧工程”。
