## What is 海通卫星?

“海通APP”是一款由运营商与海通卫星合作推出的手机APP,包括海通宽带与海洋电话。海通提供普通应用互联网功能，海洋电话提供运营商手机号码海陆直拨互通功能。让用户在海上也能与陆地上一样打电话、上网、传输视频等，享受互联网带来的便利。
