### 1/5 — Poor Customer Experience and No Flexibility

اشتركت في وجيز لمدة سنة كاملة بعد مشاهدة الإعلانات والتسويق للخدمة، لكن تجربتي كانت مخيبة للآمال. المحتوى لا يرقى إلى مستوى التوقعات التي صنعتها الإعلانات، فالكتب مختصرة بشكل مبالغ فيه لدرجة تفقد معها الكثير من قيمتها وأفكارها الأساسية.
كما أن خيارات الأصوات محدودة جدًا، وإذا لم يعجبك صوت القارئ فلا توجد بدائل كافية. بالنسبة لي، لم أجد التجربة ممتعة أو مفيدة بالشكل الذي يبرر قيمة الاشتراك.
خلال سنة كاملة استخدمت التطبيق استخدامًا محدودًا جدًا ثم قمت بحذفه لأنه لم يكن يستحق بالنسبة لي تكلفة الاشتراك.
المشكلة الأكبر كانت أن الاشتراك السنوي تم تجديده تلقائيًا دون أي إشعار أو تذكير مسبق عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو أي وسيلة أخرى. بعد ملاحظتي للخصم بساعات قليلة فقط، تواصلت مباشرة مع خدمة العملاء وطلبت استرداد المبلغ لأنني لم أعد أستخدم الخدمة، لكن طلبي قوبل بالرفض.
كما تواصل المصرف الذي أتعامل معه بشأن العملية، ومع ذلك لم أجد أي مرونة أو تعاون رغم أنني أوضحت أن استخدامي خلال السنة الأولى كان محدودًا جدًا، وأنني لم أطلب استرداد قيمة السنة الأولى، بل فقط قيمة التجديد الجديد الذي تم خصمه دون أن أنتبه إليه أو أتلقَّ أي تذكير مسبق.
الأكثر إحباطًا أنني حاولت التواصل مرة أخرى وطلبت استثناءً لمرة واحدة بسبب عدم استخدامي للخدمة، لكن تم تجاهل رسائلي بالكامل.
تجربتي مع المنتج وخدمة العملاء كانت مخيبة للآمال، ولذلك لا أنصح بالاشتراك 
I subscribed to Wajeez for a full year after seeing its marketing and advertisements, but the actual experience did not meet my expectations.
The book summaries are often so heavily condensed that much of the value and depth of the original books is lost. The selection of narrators is also very limited, and if you do not like a particular voice, there are few alternatives available. Overall, I did not find the service valuable enough to justify the subscription cost.
During my first year, I used the app very little and eventually deleted it because I no longer found it useful.
My biggest issue is that my annual subscription was automatically renewed without any prior reminder or notification email. I noticed the charge only after it had already been processed and contacted customer support within a few hours to request a refund.
My request was refused. Even after I explained that my usage during the first year had been extremely limited and that I was not requesting a refund for the first year, but only for the second-year renewal, no exception was offered.
My bank also contacted the merchant regarding the charge, yet I still found the company unwilling to provide any flexibility or goodwill solution. I later reached out again requesting a one-time exception because I was no longer using the service, but my follow-up communication was ignored.
The combination of an underwhelming product experience, automatic renewal without a reminder, and unhelpful customer service left me very disappointed.

حتى بعد الاشتراك في الباقة المدفوعة الكتب الملخصة فقط متاحة للسمع و القراءة لكن اغلبية الكتب الكاملة غير متوفرة يجب على المشترك ان يدفع مبلغ لكل كتاب

التطبيق مثالي وحرفيا رجع لي شغف الكتب والقراءة والأصوات جميلة جدا ، لكن اقترح اضافة كتب اكثر مثلا الكتب الرائجة مثل كتب عمرو عبد الحميد وكتب أسامه المسلم او كتاب كافكا على الشاطيء . 
ايضاً اقترح إضافه تقييم الكتب اللي نقرائها او تعليقات تحت الكتب لانه جميل إذا نقرأ آراء الآخرين
