常德全媒APP立足常德，以广播电视为特色，媒体融合为导向，紧紧围绕党政中心、服务发展大局、聚焦社会民生、引导舆论热点、传承历史文化。是一款融新闻资讯、生活服务、分类信息、互动娱乐等为一体的移动客户端。
常德广电传媒集团拥有常德全媒APP的软件著作权，完善的安全监控管理系统符合公安部和广电总局信息安全管理要求。所有用户轨迹后台可循，保障官方媒体信息安全。
