## What is 元気習慣?

「元気習慣」は、からだに良い習慣をムリなく身につけるためのアプリです。

習慣化させたい健康行動を設定し、達成状況を毎日記録。
生活習慣に関するアンケートからおススメの健康行動をご提案しますので、何をすればいいかわからない方でもOK！

１つひとつの健康行動は簡単なものばかりです。
あなたにあった行動を毎日実行することで、健康的な生活習慣を身につけていきましょう。


■アンケートに答えて自分の生活習慣を確認
　まずは、自分を知ることから始めましょう。
生活習慣に関するアンケートに答えると、結果に応じた健康アドバイスをします。
　「食べ物」「運動」「睡眠」「食べ方」「疲労」「腸活」「意識」「ダイエット」の8項目が
グラフで表示され、あなたの健康度が一目でわかります。

■取り組んでみたい健康行動を選択
アンケートの解析結果から、おすすめの健康行動をご提案します。
やってみようと思う項目を1～3つ設定しましょう。

■設定した項目を達成できたか毎日記録
　設定した時間に毎日プッシュ通知をします。項目を達成できたか記録してください。
　1週間ごとに達成状況をお知らせします。

■4週間ごとに習慣化できたかを判断
　4週間が経過したら、その期間中の達成状況により習慣化できたかを判断します。
　習慣化できていたら次の健康行動へ進みましょう。
